About Lianne, Owner and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

As someone with lived experience as a consumer of mental health services, I understand the struggle of wanting to feel better and not knowing how. It can seem like the more you try to escape your thoughts, feelings and symptoms, the worse they get.

On a Personal Note

I have a voracious appetite for all things psychology! My curiosity and passion for mental health began over a decade ago, when I started my own wellness journey, which set me on a new path in life. I completed two BAs in psychology and received my MA in Counselling Psychology. I've been consuming as much info and training as possible, particularly over the past few years.

For me, psychology is an interest and a vocation. My other interests include funny cat videos, pets, mysteries, true crime, baking competition shows, Van Gogh's art, cute novelty mugs, and cheesy horror movies.
