About

As someone with lived experience as a consumer of mental health services, I understand the struggle of wanting to feel better and not knowing how. It can seem like the more you try to escape your thoughts, feelings and symptoms, the worse they get.

As your psychotherapist, I empathize with your struggle and offer strategies to ease your distress. During our time together, you'll have a safe space to be heard, learn, and practice skills. Anxious awkwardness is understood and embraced here!

My Approach to Therapy
