Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

CBT is a short-term therapy that focuses on developing new skills to change unhelpful behaviours and thoughts, and to manage emotions.

Adult ADHD Counselling

Adults with ADHD often experience problems with memory, attention, and getting organized. Hobbies, relationships, self-esteem, diet, and sleep can also be affected.
